Phuket’s nightlife is pleasantly diversified, even when it is best recognized for being a bit extreme. From wild go-go bars to quiet little beer bars, to trendy night clubs to sipping Mai Tais or Pina Coladas at a seaside bar, it’s all there for those who want it. After all, Patong is the undisputed king of the nightlife of Phuket. From 9 pm each night, the town is buzzing and doesn’t cease till the sun rises again.

Kata and Karon have comparable if more modest, nightlife scenes while even Phuket Town boasts a number of decent night clubs that cater primarily to locals. Bangtao Seashore features stylish party clusters but is in any other case a comparatively quiet area. Lastly, Rawai, in the south of the island has quickly developed into a party hotspot.

Soi Bangla

Bangla Road is wild, exotic, and filled with “anything goes” attitude with an impressive variety of things to see and experiment. With a few nightclubs that stand to the highest of standards, this Ibiza of Asia is filled with hundreds of beer bars and dozens of go-go bars, as well as street performances, food, live music, and more. Bangla Road is sexy and definitely not a family-friendly place, but if you come with a relaxed open-minded attitude, it can provide a great night out in Phuket.

Phuket nightclubs

If you are ready to party through the night, we recommend finding the night clubs in Patong Beach. The official closing time is 2 am but there’s a good chance your night will continue way beyond that.

Most clubs are located just around Bangla Road, some free to enter while others will stamp your hand so you can freely go in and out as you please. Most of the clubs in the center of Bangla get packed early, so it’s good to know what you’re looking for.

Beach clubs have become a hot new trend in Phuket, offering exotic tasty cocktails and lounge chairs. These beach clubs are often stylish, a modern mix between a restaurant and a bar, leaning into natural elements as close to the sea and sand as possible. These venues usually organize parties with recognized DJs and artists, which makes them an appealing choice to spend your days and nights.

Phuket has an impressive selection of beach clubs, sunset bars, and beachfront restaurants to choose from. Most of the venues are along the island’s west coast and are open all day, but they tend to get more crowded during the sunset. It’s a good way to end a day in Phuket with an exceptional meal and drinks, as well as gazing at the stunning scenery of the sun setting at the Andaman sea.
